Whistleblowing

What is Whistleblowing?

"Whistleblowing" refers to the reporting (anonymous or confidential) by a legitimate individual under the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023.

The Whistleblowing discipline provides a secure and confidential channel to report potential behaviours that are contrary to current regulations, ensuring confidentiality or anonymity.

Whistleblowing is a fundamental element in maintaining high standards of corporate conduct and in contributing to the creation of a healthy, ethical, transparent, and respectful work environment.

Each report will be carefully evaluated and handled with the utmost seriousness in order to preserve trust in the organization and protect corporate values.

Thank you for your contribution.
